What are dental implants?
A dental implant is a titanium screw that resembles and functions like the root of the artificial tooth/teeth to be placed in the mouth. Over this titanium screw, the tooth is placed which is made of either metal-ceramic, composite, zirconia(metal free) or acrylic. All of them resemble natural teeth in appearance.
